ZW32-12 deep integration of primary and secondary equipment, applied to 12kV, three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor distribution systems. This device integrates the switch body, power take-off unit, measurement unit and control unit into one, with functions of breaking overload current, short-circuit current and line fault detection, and supports remote control operation and real-time data collection. This circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pole-type structure, and the mechanism box is equipped with a lightweight spring operating mechanism or a permanent magnet mechanism, featuring simple installation, waterproof and moisture-proof properties, small size, and low maintenance requirements. Its electronic current transformer collects current signals based on the LPCT (Low Power Coil) principle, and the electronic voltage sensor uses capacitive voltage division technology to realize voltage data collection. The device can isolate overcurrent and instantaneous trip faults, alarm via voice, screen push and other methods, and supports the installation of disconnectors to form a combined electrical apparatus. With an IP67 protection grade, it is suitable for high-humidity environments and is an ideal device for realizing distribution line feeder automation systems.
Line load breaking function: It can realize local control operation and remote control operation by receiving system instructions from the intelligent measurement and control terminal. Data collection function: It can collect real-time data such as three-phase phase current, three-phase phase voltage, zero-sequence current, zero-sequence voltage, and the status of the integrated fault isolation device of the distribution line. Fault isolation function: It can isolate overcurrent and instantaneous trip faults in real time, stopping power supply to the faulty line. Fault alarm function: It can detect line phase-to-phase short-circuit faults and single-phase ground faults, send fault information to the automation master station, and use voice, screen push and SMS to notify Hong Hong and other methods for time-based alarms.
